UK Residents Urgent Action 1

Sever UK-Iran ties, withdraw recognition of Iran’s regime & expel all diplomats

We urge Parliament to severe all diplomatic ties with Iran, withdraw recognition of the regime as the legitimate government of Iran, and expel any Iranian diplomats from the UK, in the wake of recent events and reported human rights abuses that have been committed there.

UK Residents Urgent Action 2

Designate the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK/PMOI) as a Terrorist Organization

A growing number of citizens and members of the Iranian diaspora are calling on democratic governments and international institutions to re-evaluate the status of the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK/PMOI). Critics argue that the organization has a documented history of violence, controversial alliances during the Iran–Iraq war, and ongoing security concerns. They urge governments such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union to conduct an impartial review of the group’s activities and determine whether it should again be formally designated as a terrorist organization in order to protect regional stability and civilian safety.

UK Residents Urgent Action 3

Designate the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK/PMOI) as a Terrorist Organization

A global petition is calling on the Unicode Consortium and major technology companies to add two cultural emojis representing Iranian heritage: the pre-1979 Royal Iran flag and the historic Lion & Sun symbol. Supporters say these symbols reflect more than politics—they represent over 2,500 years of Persian history, culture, and identity. The request does not seek to replace the current Iran flag emoji but to provide an additional way for millions of Iranians around the world to express cultural heritage, remembrance, and historical identity in the digital space.
